We have had some terribly rainy weekends lately and our area had a good bit of flooding a week ago! So, when we showed up for Hannah’s senior session at Carvin’s Cove Reservoir, the water was as high as I’ve ever seen it!! Typically there is an area of dried mud/sand that I call the ‘beach’ but for Hannah’s session, it was completely covered! We had to get creative with posing on the dock and the rocks, and I absolutely love how the images turned out!! Many of my clients choose the same locations for their portraits, and I love the creative challenge of finding different ways to photograph locations! For Hannah’s senior session, we had the most gorgeous day and I love all of the golden glow in her images!! Hannah is a dancer, so she is a total natural when it comes to posing and smiling, which of course made my job easy! ;) I really enjoyed chatting with Hannah and her mom throughout the shoot! I’m blown away over and over again at how sweet my clients are! Best of luck to you, Hannah, as you wrap up this chapter of your life and enter an exciting new one!
